The catalogue, print-outs and the AI assistant come with both plans. Pro adds purchasing, a repricer, automations and B2B data exchange.
Catalogue, stock and prices
SKU and variant catalogue, prices and stock, with WooCommerce, PrestaShop (BETA) or CSV import. Send changes to connected stores; marketplace capabilities are listed per integration.
AI assistant
Drafts of product titles and descriptions, and of replies to a customer about an order. Starter: 30 requests a month. Pro: 1,000 requests and bulk description improvements — you approve every change.
Print-outs and packing
Pick lists, packing slips and order confirmations. Pro adds a packing assistant: scan the SKU or EAN and eLink checks that the parcel is complete.
Purchasing and suppliers
Purchase orders to suppliers and receiving deliveries into stock. Supplier CSV price lists update offers and purchase costs, and B2B partners download a feed of your products.
Repricer
Pricing rules: cost plus margin, a percentage or a fixed price, with rounding, a minimum and a maximum. You preview the changes first; the new prices then go to WooCommerce.
Automations
A new order or a status change triggers a rule: change the status, add a note or email your team. With loop protection and an activity log.

Frequently asked questions
What is eLink?
eLink connects stores, marketplaces and couriers. It covers orders, a product catalogue, stock, prices, shipments and tracking. Pro adds offer publishing/import, automations and CSV supplier feeds. Features and status are listed per integration.
How do I order eLink?
Choose Starter at PLN 29/month or PLN 290/year, or Pro at PLN 129/month or PLN 1290/year in the DoSieci client panel. Starter activates after payment. Your first Pro order includes a 30-day trial. Open eLink from the service in the client panel.
How does the 30-day free Pro trial work?
With your first eLink Pro order you get 30 days free of charge. The trial is available once per customer. When it ends, you pay the invoice for the period you chose — monthly or annual.
What happens if I do not pay for Pro?
Data, users and connections remain. Access falls back to the Starter feature scope under the existing data-preservation mechanism. A different paid plan is not charged automatically; you choose it in the client panel.
What are the Starter and Pro limits?
Starter: up to 1,500 products, up to 3 active users, order sync every 60 minutes, 6 months of history, up to 30 AI requests a month and a read-only API. Pro removes the product and user limits, syncs every 5 minutes, sets up WooCommerce webhooks automatically, shows 24 months of history, includes 1,000 AI requests a month and an API with write access, plus the repricer, automations, purchase orders, packing assistant and B2B exchange.
Will every integration work with my account?
All deployed connections can be configured in the panel using your own accounts and API permissions. PrestaShop, ERLI, Empik, DPD and new Allegro offer tools are beta: check the connection and selected test data before regular use. Beta does not guarantee compatibility with every account configuration.
Does eLink synchronise stock and prices?
Supported connections can synchronise stock and prices. WooCommerce and PrestaShop (BETA) support these updates; Allegro, ERLI and Empik offer tools are in beta. eBay currently handles orders and shipping without listing stock/price updates.
How does the AI assistant work?
The assistant drafts product titles and descriptions and replies to a customer about an order. It saves nothing on its own: the text goes into the form and you decide. The model receives product or order data without the buyer's email, phone number or address. Starter includes 30 requests a month, Pro 1,000.
Does eLink have an API?
Yes. A company administrator creates API tokens in eLink's settings. Starter allows reading data (60 requests a minute), Pro also changing it (600 requests a minute).
Do I need my own InPost account?
Yes. You ship on your own InPost (ShipX) account: you enter its API token and organisation ID in eLink's settings. Shipment charges are separate from the eLink subscription.
Must I move my store to DoSieci.pl hosting?
No. Your store can use any hosting provider as long as eLink has secure API access.
Can I publish products and import offers?
Pro provides beta tools for Allegro, ERLI and Empik. Select/import a product into eLink, map its category and attributes, review the preview and confirm publication. Allegro uses a product already in its catalogue. Offer import creates candidates first; you choose whether to create, update or link a product.
What happens to existing free Starter services?
Existing free services retain their terms. New Starter costs PLN 29/month or PLN 290/year. The legacy free product no longer accepts new orders.
