DoSieci.pl privacy policy
This document explains data processing on the public dosieci.pl website, in the Client area and in Webmail.

2. Data we process
We process information provided in enquiries, account, service, domain, invoice and payment data, and technical security logs such as the IP address, request time, URL, browser identifier and server response code.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to answer enquiries and enter into or perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), comply with legal duties (Article 6(1)(c)), and protect security, diagnose problems and establish or defend claims (Article 6(1)(f)). Optional marketing is based only on separate consent (Article 6(1)(a)).
4. Recipients and retention
Necessary infrastructure, payment and accounting providers, domain operators and registries, technical support and legally authorised bodies may receive relevant data. Data is retained while an enquiry or contract is handled, for periods required by tax and accounting law, and until applicable claims expire.
5. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
6. Cookies
The public dosieci.pl website currently uses no analytics or advertising cookies, Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. A consent banner is therefore not displayed. Server access logs are not cookies.
The Client area and Webmail may use essential session cookies for login, the shopping cart, security and delivery of the requested service. If optional analytics or advertising is introduced, it will not run before consent is obtained.
7. Other information
The public website does not use profiling or automated decisions producing legal effects. This policy may be updated when features, suppliers or applicable law change.
