How to Pay for an Order in the Client Panel?

How to check what you're paying for

Before going to payment, open the document or order and check the service name, billing period, amount, and due date. For domains, check whether the operation is a registration, a renewal, or a transfer. For hosting, check the plan name and subscription length.

The panel should redirect you to an available payment method. Once you're done, go back to the invoice list and confirm the status has changed. Don't retry the transaction right away if the payment provider has already confirmed it and the panel simply hasn't updated yet.

• check the status again after returning to the panel

Payment not showing as received

Status updates can take a while depending on the payment method. If the money has already been taken but the document is still marked as unpaid, have the invoice number, date, and transaction ID ready. Don't send full card details or banking access credentials.

For a traditional bank transfer, double-check the payment title/reference and account number. If an order is waiting for payment — for example, because it includes a domain — the service will only be activated once the funds have been credited.
