How to Create a Secure Administrator Password
Your password should be unique to this site, long enough, and hard to guess. Don't use your company name, domain, first name, or sequential digits. A password manager lets you generate a random string and store it without having to memorize it.
After changing it, log out any unused sessions, check the list of administrators, and remove accounts that are no longer needed. Turn on two-factor authentication if the solution you're using supports it.

No Access to Email or the Panel
Standard password recovery requires access to the email address linked to your user account. If the message doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and the site's outgoing mail configuration. An administrator with access to another account can change the password from the user's profile.
An emergency change made directly in the database should be done carefully and only after making a backup. Never send a password in a plain email or in a public support ticket.
WordPress on Plesk Hosting
Your WordPress administrator password should be different from your email, FTP, and Client Panel passwords. If your site runs on Plesk hosting, you can also check the installation in WordPress Toolkit, review plugin updates, and confirm the basic security settings.
After you regain access, it's worth removing unused administrator accounts, updating your plugins, and checking whether the site is sending any suspicious email.
