Guide: How to Register a New Service for the First Time
Preparing your first order
Before you start, choose the type of service and get the correct subscriber or company details ready. For domains, it's especially important to name the actual owner. For hosting, it helps to know your site's requirements: which CMS you're using, how much data you have, how many mailboxes you need, and the traffic you expect.
During registration, use an email address you have ongoing access to. It will receive confirmations, invoices, renewal reminders, and account security messages.
- correct customer or company details
- an active email address
- a strong, unique password
- checking the product before you place the order
What to do after activation
Once the service is active, its details will appear in the Client panel. Hosting with the 14-day trial is activated right away, with no upfront payment; the invoice with a 7-day payment term arrives after the trial. Hosting ordered together with a domain has no trial and, like a reseller account, is activated once the payment is credited. Hosting is then managed in Plesk, while domains, payments, and customer details stay in the billing panel.
Keep the welcome message, turn on two-factor authentication, and don't share a single account among several people. If an employee or contractor needs access, use separate accounts wherever the system allows it.
What to choose for your first order
If you're launching a new website, you'll typically need a domain, NVMe hosting, and an SSL certificate. At DoSieci.pl, hosting runs on the Plesk panel, so once it's active you can manage your site, email, and databases in one place.
For WordPress, it's best to choose WordPress hosting with the WordPress Toolkit. For WooCommerce and PrestaShop stores, it's worth choosing a more powerful plan from the start, so the admin panel and cart run smoothly.
