How to Install WordPress Through the Toolkit
- Log in to the Plesk panel.
- In the menu on the left, select WordPress.
- Click Install, then choose the domain and installation directory.
- Enter the site title, administrator username, and password.
- Confirm — the Toolkit will create the database and install WordPress for you.
Managing an Installed Site
From the list of installations, WordPress Toolkit lets you: log in to the admin panel with one click (without entering a password), check for and install available core, theme, and plugin updates, run a security scan, and create a staging environment before making a major change.
A Safe Workflow in the Toolkit
Before updating, make a backup, check the PHP requirements, and test the change on staging if it's available. After updating, open the site, try logging in, check a form, and review your most important subpages. The Toolkit makes the work easier, but it doesn't replace a backup or an actual functional test.
