Why does the AuthInfo code matter?
AuthInfo is a confidential authorization code used when changing a domain's registrar. Think of it as a one-time key confirming that the transfer was started by someone with access to the domain. It is not the password to your website, email, or Client Panel.
The code does not change the domain owner and does not copy any server data. The transfer only concerns how the domain is handled in the registry. Your website and email depend on DNS and hosting.

AuthInfo and domain security
Don't send the code to random people or post it in screenshots. If you suspect it has been exposed, contact your registrar and ask them to invalidate it or issue a new one.
Turning on two-factor login for the Client Panel and protecting the domain owner's mailbox are just as important, since transfer confirmations are often sent by email.
