When you set up your email client, you'll be able to configure things like an out-of-office assistant (autoresponder), a footer — meaning an automatic email signature — and other options that automate how Outlook handles your mail. If you're wondering how to set up a signature in Outlook, read on.

In Microsoft Outlook, you can create several email signatures at once. Each signature you set up can include text, images, an electronic business card, a logo, or even a handwritten-style signature image.
Outlook lets you set things up so signatures are added automatically to every outgoing message. You can also add one to a message individually.
You can set up an automatic email signature in the Outlook mobile app, in Outlook for Office 365, and in the free Outlook mail included with Office Online (which also includes free Word Online and Excel Online). This article shows you how to set up a signature in Outlook in each of these versions.

Outlook as a business email client for your hosting
We keep this guide public because it covers the practical side of using business email on a customer's own domain. For SEO purposes, we don't position it as a general Microsoft guide — it's meant as support for mailboxes running on DoSieci.pl hosting.
If you have Plesk hosting, first create a mailbox on your domain, set a strong password, then configure your mail client over IMAP/SMTP. It's worth filling out your Outlook signature with your company details, phone number, and website address.
